New Black-owned fine fragrance store opened in Uptown Charlotte.
A new fine fragrance store opened in Uptown recently, and the shop offers perfume, cologne, and all things scented for the body.
Note and Accord owner Nia McAdoo opened the shop as an ode to her lifelong love for fragrance. She said she hopes it will become a place for people to begin their fragrance journey or add to their growing collections.
