Custom Products

• All custom products created in-studio are personalized to the individual’s preferences. As these products are unique and non-resalable, they are not eligible for returns or refunds once purchased.

Workshops and Classes

• When booking a workshop or class, you agree to our cancellation and refund policies as outlined above. Workshops must be canceled or rescheduled 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Gift Certificates: All gift certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date and are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

• All content provided on the Note & Accord website, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Note & Accord. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of this content without our express written consent.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing for products, workshops, and events at any time.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking for workshops or product purchases. We accept all major credit cards.

Liability

• Note & Accord is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may result from the use of our products. Customers are encouraged to disclose any known sensitivities prior to blending a custom fragrance.
