Can you recreate or duplicate a major brand or designer fragrance?
- Every fragrance we create is custom and one of a kind. We do not recreate, duplicate, or reverse-engineer current or discontinued commercial, designer, or major brand fragrances. If you’ve created a fragrance with us in the studio, you’re always welcome to reorder your own custom scent or have it made into additional products like body oil, body butter, or other layering options here: https://noteandaccord.com/products/custom-scent-reorder.
Can my booking be rescheduled due to inclement weather?
Yes. If weather conditions create safety concerns for travel or setup, your event may be rescheduled.
Are your fragrance ingredients natural or synthetic? Are they phthalate-free?
At Note & Accord, we prioritize high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils that are both safe and luxurious. Our formulations blend natural and skin-safe synthetic ingredients to create long-lasting, well-balanced scents. Additionally, all of our product bases—including body oils and butters—are 100% vegan and crafted with care.

Can I attend without participating?
Our fragrance workshops are designed as fully immersive experiences, and seating is limited to paid guests only. To maintain the exclusivity and hands-on nature of the class, we kindly ask that all attendees reserve a seat in advance.
Do I need to pay in advance to reserve my seat?
Yes, all classes and workshops require full payment at the time of booking to secure your spot. This helps us prepare the necessary materials and ensures a smooth experience for all participants. Only paying customers can attend the class. Spectators are not allowed in the studio without a paid seat reservation.
Can I purchase a gift certificate?

What if I arrive late to my session?
If you arrive late to any session, you will not be allowed to create a product, and no refund will be given. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time.
When should I arrive for my class?
We recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to the start of the class to sign in, complete any remaining payment, and get comfortable before the session begins.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free street parking is available with paid lots less than a 5-minute walk away.
