We want your planning process to be as effortless as the experience itself. Here are answers to the questions we hear most often.
Yes — we serve the greater Charlotte and Durham/Raleigh metro areas. Travel beyond a 30-mile radius from either studio may include a travel fee, which we’ll include in your custom quote. Contact us to confirm availability for your location.
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for private events, and 8–12 weeks for weddings and large corporate activations. Weekend dates fill quickly; the sooner you inquire, the better. We’ll always check availability for your date when you reach out.
All packages include expert-guided blending led by our stylists, custom-labeled take-home bottles for every guest, all fragrance materials and supplies, and full setup and breakdown. Travel within our standard service radius is included. Custom branding on bottle labels is available as an add-on.
We understand guest counts shift. We ask for a confirmed final headcount 5 business days before your event. If your count increases, we’ll do our best to accommodate — just let us know as early as possible. Pricing adjustments for significant changes will be discussed with you directly.
Yes — every guest’s blend is recorded so they can reorder their exact custom scent through our Custom Scent Reorder page. This is one of the most popular follow-ups from our events and makes the experience last long after the event ends.
