Refund Policy

At Note & Accord, we take pride in offering custom-made products and personalized fragrance experiences. Due to the nature of our business, we have the following refund policy in place to ensure clarity for our customers.

Custom Blended Products

• Non-Refundable: All items that are custom blended in our studio are non-refundable. Since these products are uniquely crafted to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Workshop/Class Refunds

• Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your workshop, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule your class. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled class will not be eligible for a refund.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled workshop without prior notice, the class will be non-refundable.
